Shellers

The shelling machine consists of shelling cylinders each driven by a motor and a hollow shaft speed reducer.

A suction pipe is in charge of conveying the husk from the cylinders to the outside of the machine, driven by a fan (not included with the dehuller).

Below the cylinders is a vibrating conveyor that collects the peanut kernels. From here it falls into a first self-cleaning sifter, which generates the return flow, while the rest of the peanuts fall into the second self-cleaning sifter, where the broken and very small peanuts are separated.

These two sieves are controlled by an electric motor. Both sieves, as well as the conveyor, are made of high quality glass fibers.
